Return and Exchange Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond to all emails within 2 business days.
Rather than requiring you to return your item, we will generally offer a return-less store credit or a refund if items are damaged or if otherwise deemed necessary.
If you do need to return your item to us, you have 15 business days from the time of purchase to do so. We will email you a return label and expect your item back via Light Shipping (6 - 10 business days). Once your item is received back, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Once approved, all refunds/store credits are processed within 2 business days. Refunds may take up to approximately 5 business days to appear on your card (if you paid via credit card), please allow for this time and please contact us if you have any questions regarding the status of your refund. Store credits are issued immediately upon approval. Exchanges are processed and shipped within two business days once approved. Exchanges are shipped via Light Shipping (6 - 10 business days).
We do not cancel or refund orders that have been shipped out, regardless of whether or not you have received shipping confirmation at the time of inquiry.
Upon completing your order, you have acknowledged that you accept this policy.
Because of this policy, we ask that you check your item measurements and details carefully prior to placing your order.

There is a VERY slight chance that an item may be defective. In the case of a defective item, please CONTACT US so that we may address the issue appropriately.
Please Note: Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. We do not do price adjustments.
