Return and Exchange Policy

To allow us to continue offering customers the most amazing prices and sales, we do not do refunds or exchanges, HOWEVER we do make exceptions and offer store credits if something goes wrong with your order. Upon completing your order, you have acknowledged that you accept this policy.

 

Because of this policy, we ask that you check your item measurements and details carefully prior to placing your order. 

 

If you have a problem with your order, CONTACT US. We are committed to our customers and ensuring every customer is satisfied. We will work with you to resolve your issue. We offer store credit in some cases.

 

There is a slight chance that an item may be defective. In the case of a defective item, please CONTACT US so that we may address the issue appropriately.

 

Please Note: Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. We do not do price adjustments. Sales occur on a day to day basis - price adjustments will not occur in relation to our sales.
