Handling Time

Please note handling time is between 2 - 5 business days following your purchase (once payment is cleared). Shipping takes place following the 2 - 5 days of processing (usually only 2 days are taken for processing except in rare cases such as holidays). Business Days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Shipping Information

We ship to the USA, Canada, and Worldwide! 

Shipment cost is calculated on a per-item/weight and destination basis for every country except the USA, which has flat rate shipping. All shipments are delivered with tracking information, and we provide this information to our customers via email following the 2-5 days of order processing.

Our US orders are shipped via UPS (7-12 Business Days with Tracking) or USPS, and Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx Express (7-12 Business Days with Tracking). International orders are shipped via DHL or the other fastest method. 

On occasion we may ship your item DHL if deemed faster than UPS at the time of sale. Rarely we may ship your items separately to ensure we get them to you the fastest way possible!

All items are shipped from our warehouses in the USA or overseas. 

Your tracking information will inform you of the status of your shipment every step of the way.

FlyQueens is not responsible if your order arrives to your shipping address or local post office and is not picked up, or if you have provided an incorrect address and your item is returned. We will not re-ship the order in this situation, nor will we provide a refund.***
